The Eveland Family

Recently I had the opportunity to photograph my brother-in-law and his beautiful, growing family at My Old Kentucky Home!  It was such a pretty day.  The weather was milder than it had been.  We had not seen each other in a while, so we were able to catch up while we were there.

This family will welcome a new baby girl very soon!

I love his smile in this photo!  He's such a handsome little boy!

Isn't she beautiful!?!?!  I just love her pretty eyes!

I'm so excited to meet the newest member of this beautiful family!

Troutman Family

One of my favorite part of being a photographer, is being able to watch my friends' children grow through my lens each year.
Starting from babies and seeing them become sweet little girls.
Enjoying their precious interaction with their family.
 I LOVE THIS FAMILY!
I can't believe their little lady is three and not far from four!
It's been fun to see her personality bloom and how smart she is!
And that sweet smile and her photogenic skills.
Well, I'm pretty sure she got those from her Mama!

Thanks Troutman's for letting me capture soo many great memories with your family over the years!
If you'd like us to do the same for your family, please take a chance to visit our website:

Edwards Family

A while ago I had the opportunity to photograph the newest arrival in the Edwards home.  The father in this family is one of the pastors at my church, and I was very excited to be able to capture images of this very special family!  Their three children are absolutely beautiful!!!

I love this sweet photo!

Isn't he adorable!?!?!

The big brother and big sister are super cute!
It had to be the hottest day ever,
but they were really sweet and cooperative.

I just love his grin...and hers as well!

Such a beautiful family!
Congratulations and Blessings

The Hudson Family

A couple of months ago, I met a lady who was expecting a little boy from Korea. I shared with her that my husband and I are in the process of adopting from China. She shared a little about her family with me, and she showed me all of the adorable photos of her son who was a half a world away.

A few weeks ago, we received a phone call from a lady wanting to schedule a family session. She and her family had just welcomed home their new son. When we showed up for their session, much to my delight, it was the very same lady whom I had spoken with a couple of months before!

This sweet little one and his beautiful big sisters are adorable!

Isn't their oldest daughter lovely!?!?!

I just love this photo of her and her daddy!

I just love this little one's smile!  It is absolutely contagious!

What a cute little guy!  This session made me so long for the day when our referral would come.

This is one beautiful family!  They are so, so sweet.

Congratulations on welcoming home your son! We believe it is an awesome thing each time a once orphaned child is adopted into a forever family, and we are honored each time we are asked to photograph the excitement and joy of family.

On a personal note, my family received our referral just a week and a half after taking photos of this lovely family!

What a sweet family!  It is always a lot of fun meeting new people through other clients.  This family was referred by previous clients and I'm so glad they did. We laughed a lot and got some great shots.
Seriously, how could we not get good shots of such a photogenic family.
So handsome.
Family love.

Megan's Session

Earlier this month, I was able to photograph Megan.  It just so happened that much of Owensboro was still under water.  Some of my very favorite places had become small ponds...others little lakes. Yikes!  Not to mention that she and her mother had traveled a considerable distance to meet with me.

Outdoor photography certainly has it's challenges, but I believe that the benefits far outnumber them!

Isn't she lovely!?!?!  She was so willing to roll with it!

She was willing to do anything that I asked of her.

Her eyes are simply stunning...such a pretty shade of blue!

I think she is just beautiful!

We wish you all the best as you prepare to enter your senior year!
